Another day, another trip to The Showgrounds! Today it was the turn of the girls who played really well and were narrowly defeated in the end. The day proved to be hot and sunny and that really tired out our team in the end. We were always in with a shout and put up a dogged display in both our games. We were paired with St. Brendan’s NS, Calry NS and Cliffoney NS. As Cliffoney failed to show on the day the group was reduced to three teams, we were unlucky in that we had to play our games back to back with the following results.
